Dr. Pavlov received his Ph.D. in physics from Turku University, Finland with a deep understanding of a variety of physical phenomenon from optics to thermodynamics. Since 1998, Dr. Pavlov has published more than 50 peer reviewed scientific papers and is named inventor in 20 patents. He specializes in optoelectronics, micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS), semiconductor industry, manufacturing technologies. He was a professor at University of Minho, Portugal and a Project Manager at Nokia Research Center.
