Richard M. Volin represents businesses and individuals in transactional matters and litigation. He works with both new and established businesses, including creative professionals, on issues ranging from corporate formation and growth, to general transactional needs, to litigation assessment and services.
Mr. Volin has defended clients against claims challenging corporate and individual conduct, and helped prosecute complex litigation matters to achieve millions of dollars in awards on behalf of clients. Mr. Volin has sought to remedy unfair and fraudulent business practices, and violations of antitrust, consumer protection and securities laws in both state and federal venues, including multi-district litigation.
Mr. Volin is also an award winning filmmaker and film editor, and has taught digital filmmaking at the DC Campus of Boston University’s Center for Digital Imaging Arts.
